Our main objective today was to meet the kitchen designers to discuss the changes from their first proposal. The meeting had to cover the layout of the front and back of house, the list of all equipment we require and specs of each piece. We were discussing for hours and there were a couple of moments when we had to be creative to solve unusual obstacles... A very interesting experience for me and a dream for Kevin!

Nuestro objetivo principal hoy era reunirnos
con los diseñadores de la cocina para discutir algunos cambios en su primera
propuesta. La reunión tenía que cubrir la disposición de la parte delantera y
trasera de la cocina, la lista de toda la maquinaria que necesitamos y las
especificaciones de cada aparato. Hemos estado reunidos durante horas y hubo un
par de momento en los que hemos tenido que ser creativos para resolver algunos
curiosos obstáculos… Una experiencia sumamente interesante para mí y ¡un sueño
para Kevin!
